II. Applicant qualification requirements

1. HK Business registration；
2. written confirmation on having both Hong Kong and UK office [N.B. can be either a letter or email]

Remarks
The interested participants shall note the following:
i.Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Owner of the Property shall be the party of the Contract.
ii.The Interest participants shall prepare a checklist for confirming or providing details in respect of the criteria set out above and submit the checklist together with all supporting documents (“Submissions”).
iii.The Submissions shall be sent to the following email address:

on or before the deadline for submission of pre-qualification application documents set out in section IV (submission of pre-qualification application documents).
iv.For the avoidance of doubt, second paragraph of section III (acquisition of prequalification documents) and third paragraph (submission method of prequalification application documents) of section IV (submission of pre-qualification application documents) are not applicable to this pre-qualification exercise.
v.Late submission will NOT be considered.

III. Acquisition of prequalification documents

Deadline for prequalification documents: 2025-12-17 17:29:59 (Beijing time, subject to change).

Pre-qualification documents are issued in the China Resources Group Overseas Procurement Trading Platform, no further offline paper documents will be provided. All interested participants can log in the platform to view and download during this announcement.

IV. Submission of pre-qualification application documents

Deadline for submission of pre-qualification application documents:_ 2025-12-17 17:30:00 __(Beijing time, subject to change without notice)

Format and content of pre-qualification application documents: Applicants should provide supporting information (scanned copies) item by item according to the above qualification requirements and be responsible for the completeness and authenticity of the supporting information provided.

Submission method of prequalification application documents: Submit electronic prequalification application documents through China Resources Group Overseas Procurement Trading Platform before the deadline for submission of prequalification application documents; late submission will be rejected. If the purchaser requires offline provision of paper pre-qualification application documents, they will be provided in accordance with the relevant requirements.

Pre-qualification audit results will be released through the China Resources Group Overseas Procurement Trading Platform, please pay attention to the relevant notice, and suppliers who have passed the qualification audit should follow up according to the notice requirements.
